Assistant Chief Steward/ 助理總管事

Job descriptions:

• Assist Chief Steward to ensure efficient operation of F&B areas stewarding including supervision of cleaning processes, maintenance of health & safety and hygiene.
• Monitor the cleaning standards of all equipment and kitchen utensils.
• Assist Chief Steward in co-ordinate with Food & Beverage and kitchen team to ensure the manpower planning in all banqueting and restaurant operations function efficiently.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor.
