職責 Job Duties

• 管理團隊以保持廚房日常運作
  Manage a team for daily kitchen operations
• 保證出品質素及控制成本效益
  Assures high standards of food quality and cost efficiency
• 確保廚房清潔並保持個人衛生
  Ensure overall cleanliness of kitchen and personal hygiene

工作要求 Job Requirements

• 必需對西餐有全面認知
  Extensive knowledge of Western cuisine is necessary
   
• 最少5年相關工作經驗
  Minimum 5 years of related experiences
   
• 良好組織及管理技巧
  Well organized and strong management
   
• 積極主動、對工作熱誠，有自信而謙卑、有團隊精神
  Self-motivation, An enthusiastic, self-confident, humble, with good team spirits and ability to learn
                                                                                                                         
• 合資格在香港工作
  Eligible to work in Hong Kong
