Major Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty programme and system, to ensure guest satisfaction is met
- Be proactive and attentive to guests needs
- Responsible for daily operation of Guest Relations (Loyalty Services) Team and ensure daily job tasks are properly followed up
- Assist and enhance Marriott Bonvoy member’s stay by providing high quality of service and care
- Handle guest’s comments and complaints tactfully and efficiently and ensure guest expectations are met with satisfaction
- Handle and consolidate Marriott Bonvoy membership reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
Requirements:
- 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
- Guest Oriented, strong problem solving and organizational abilities
