We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty programme and system, to ensure guest satisfaction is met
  • Be proactive and attentive to guests needs
  • Responsible for daily operation of Guest Relations (Loyalty Services) Team and ensure daily job tasks are properly followed up
  • Assist and enhance Marriott Bonvoy member’s stay by  providing high quality of service and care
  • Handle guest’s comments and complaints tactfully and efficiently and ensure guest expectations are met with satisfaction
  • Handle and consolidate Marriott Bonvoy membership reports
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
  • Guest Oriented, strong problem solving and organizational abilities
