Administration Assistant (Engineering Coordinator)

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical works and provide secretarial support to Director of Engineering
  • Handle inter- departmental coordinations for day-to-day maintences operations 
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up the status on purchasing orders
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, regular reports & relevant presentations
  • Maintain and control the stock inventory within the department 
  • Assist in leave administrations and mointor relevant attendance report
  • Maintain filling system of all office correspondence
  • Perform ad hoc assigned tasks as required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree holder in Business administration or Hospitality Management
  • Minimum  2 years relevant experience, preferably in ENG department in Hotel Industry
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Well-organised, meticulous, self-motivated & committed
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin 
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
