Responsibilities
- Maintain all products are produced in a timely manner and up to excellent quality standard 準備食物，並保持出品達到酒店及客人的要求
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation comply to the HACCP standards 保持個人及環境衛生，並達到HACCP的標準
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years work experience in hotel or in similar capacity 八年工作經驗
- Formal training in Hotel F&B Kitchen 具酒店廚部工作經驗更佳
- Responsible and reliable 具責任感及可靠
