Registered Nurse (Endoscopy)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the Endoscopy & OT department, focusing on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care throughout all stages of endoscopy and related medical procedures.
• Complete a structured endoscopy-specific training program (per attached undertaking clause) provided by centre to develop specialized clinical skills required for the role.
• Assist Endoscopists and Anaesthetists in the safe and efficient execution of endoscopy procedures and other medical procedures.
• Deliver comprehensive post-operative care to patients in the recovery unit.
• Perform endoscope reprocessing and surgical instrument sterilization in strict compliance with infection control protocols and departmental standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation (e.g., patient records, procedure notes) and general departmental administrative documentation.
• Execute general clinical nursing duties including patient assessment, pre-procedural preparation, and medication administration.
• Support daily departmental operations, including inventory management, equipment preparation, and workflow coordination to facilitate smooth service delivery.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department manager or clinical lead.

Job Requirements:

• Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder with a valid practicing certificate;
• Detail-oriented, energetic, patient-focused and good interpersonal skills;
• Mature, positive, proactive, and with customer-service manner
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• On-the-job training will be provided for fresh graduate nurse.
