Responsibilities:
職責:

• Serves food and beverage to guests and delights guest by providing personalized and gracious service
  為客人提供食品和飲料，並通過提供個人化和親切的服務來取悅客人
• Ensures accuracy of orders including menu details
  確保訂單的準確性，包括餐單詳細資訊
• Presents wine lists and recommend beverages and wines as required
  提供酒單，並根據需要推薦飲料和葡萄酒
• Anticipates guests’ needs and exceeds guests’ expectations
  預測客人的需求，超越客人的期望
• Ensures linens, silverware and chinaware are in good condition

Requirements:
要求:

• Candidates holding a degree or diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or a related discipline will be given priority. Applicants with a high school qualification are welcome to apply

• Fair command of Cantonese and English
  良好的中文和英語口語能力
