Headwaiter / Headwaitress - Catering Service

Responsibilities

• Maintain a smooth and efficient operation at the restaurant
• Responsible for the outlet's daily shift operations and supervision of staff
• Deliver quality services in accordance with hotel standards
• To provide training and improve the competencies and skills of team to meet and exceed guests' satisfaction
• To perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• At least 3 years hotel working experience with minimum 1 years at similar position is preferred
• Possess good knowledge of all beverages
• Have the ability to conduct training on various Food and Beverage related issues
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
