Responsibilities

• Provide front of the house guest services which include rooms registration & cashiering, responding to guest enquires, questions and provide information
• Update guest’s profiles for their personal data, preference and complaints
• Ensure customer service standards is delivered and guest satisfaction is achieved
• Experience in managing room allocations is required

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome
• Knowledge in Opera System is preferrable
• Native Mandarin Speaker is preferrable 
• Good command of English and Cantonese
