This incumbent is an integral member of our Cluster Revenue Management Team.
What you will do:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analyses of hotel booking trends, market performance, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to support the Cluster Revenue Management Team in identifying patterns and uncovering opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare revenue impact analyses for Business Optimization Meetings, special promotions, and events to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage hotel and room-type inventory and availability across all booking platforms, ensuring accurate rate loading and maintaining parity across all distribution channels.
- Coordinate with frontline associates to ensure proper implementation of procedures aligned with overall revenue strategies while maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
- Relevant Revenue / Front Office / Reservations hospitality experience in large scale hotels desirable.
- Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
