Club House Manager / Assistant Club House Manager

Job duties: 

  • Responsible for the overall operation of clubhouse including cost and budget control, evaluation of contractor performance, and license application  
  • Prepare yearly business and action plan, and evaluate the pricing system of services
  • In charge of recruiting and retaining club personnel and staff performance appraisal, maintaining good team spirit in the work environment
  • Handle resident complaints and evaluate proactive action for service improvement
  • Liaise and coordinate with other outlets of clubhouse to provide quality service to residents and conduct feasibility study for further improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Recreation/Hotel Management or related disciplines is preferable
  • 8 years or above solid experience in managing a high quality clubhouse with exclusive membership
  • Holder of PMP Licence is an advantage
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Club House Manager position

Working Location : Near to MTR Station
