SAP Finance Specialist (2 years contract)

Responsibilities

• Identifying gaps between current business processes and SAP FI/CO/PS/SD functionalities and recommending appropriate solutions.
• To advise on business process mapping, especially in MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Finance domain.
• Coordinating the line managers to utilize the internal resources to complete the project tasks.
• Coordinate with business users on project activities, including progress meetings, blueprint workshops, UAT and system training.
• Support the initiatives derived from finance transformation.
• Support invoicing function development and implementation.
• Oversee business changes during project implementation.
• Contribute to ongoing SAP solution improvements post go-live.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Studies, Information Systems or related disciplines
• 5 years of project experience with SAP FICO, including S/4HANA.
• Experience in different phases of finance business project rollouts like training, UAT, Data Migration, and go live
• Ability to listen and articulate ideas verbally and in written formats, and interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders
• Knowledge in MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul), Aviation, or Engineering industries.
• Knowledge in MES (Maintenance Execution System), like iMRO.
• Self-motivated and able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
