Relationship Manager – Hong Kong Business (HK$30K – 60K/ month + incentives)

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to support the business growth of a leading global bank. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with Wealth specialists and be supported by a dedicated team to ensure seamless transaction execution and service delivery. You will support clients throughout their financial journey. And the bank offers comprehensive training to support your professional development and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of high-net-worth clients; and oversee clients’ total wealth by aligning tailored solutions to their specific needs
• Promote services to prospective clients, assess their needs, and refer to relevant business units as appropriate
• Maintain operational integrity and adhere to company’s principles, values, and both local and global regulatory requirements

*Remark: Multiple work locations available across branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Holder of IIQE Paper 1,2,3 and HKSI Paper 1,7,8; Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
• Experience in client facing environment, with excellent relationship building capability
• Ability to deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• More experienced candidates will be considered for the role of Senior Relationship Manager
