About the Role

As a Commis I (廚師), you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare food orders with high quality and consistency.
  • Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
  • 預備食材及烹調食物
  • 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平
  • 履行上司分配的工作

About You

  • At least 2 years of experience in Hotels with similar capacities.
  • Basic knowledge in HACCP and ISO22000.
  • Team player with strong communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • 具備至少兩年酒店或餐飲服務業相關工作經驗
  • 基本食物安全及衞生知識
  • 具備良好溝通能力及出色的組織技巧,並具備團隊合作精神
