Responsibilities

• Process room service orders accurately, ensuring all guest requests are well fulfilled.
• Deliver food & beverage items or welcome amenities to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring correct presentation and completeness of order according to hotel brand standards.
• Set up in-room dining tables or trolleys, and retrieve used trays and service items.
• Ensure all guest interactions are handled with professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of related work experience in luxury hotel.
• With basic Food & Beverage knowledge.
• Available to work on shift.
• Passionate, energetic and guest oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

*Fresh graduates will also be considered 
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Server
