Sommelier 侍酒師

Job Description 職責 :

• Perform a combined role of Floor and Sommelier duties to serve our guests recommending food and wine pairings in accordance with the menu
  兼任樓面和侍酒師職責，根據菜單為客人推薦食物和紅/白酒搭配
• Able to serve tables, understanding the food menu and familiar with food notes and sequence of service
  處理餐面工作，了解菜單並熟悉上菜次序
• Overseeing the serving of wine, ensuring right temperature, glassware and storage of bottle
  監督酒的供應，確保適當的溫度、玻璃器皿和瓶子的儲存
• Supporting maintenance and stock checking of the wine cellar, ordering wine and updating the wine list
  支持酒窖維護、庫存清點、酒品訂購、酒單更新

Requirements 要求 :

• Minimum 1 year Sommelier experience with 2 years Floor work experience in fine dining with an aspiration to achieve a head sommelier role
  1 年侍酒師工作經驗及 2 年高級餐廳工作經驗，並有志成為首席侍酒師
• The ability to up sell and offer food and drink suggestions to guests
  能向客人推銷和提供餐飲建議
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  優秀的溝通和人際交往能力
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  良好的英語、普通話和粵語
• Holder of WSET level 2 certificate or above
  持WSET 2級或以上證書
