Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient and courteous guest service at the Front Desk, addressing inquiries effectively
  • Execute check-in and check-out procedures for arriving and departing guests.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, including guest records, with the highest level of integrity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a well-established hotel environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and manage shift duties
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Familiarity with Forbes standards is a plus
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
