Assistant Restaurant Manager 餐廳副經理

Job Description 職責 :

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets in terms of profitability, service standards, and business development
  帶領及鼓勵團隊在盈利能力，服務標準和業務發展方面達到公司目標
• Supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service
  監督和培訓團隊以提供高品質的客戶服務
• Recommend, co-ordinate and implement timely marketing programs and promotional campaigns, as well as product pricing
  提供建議、協調及執行營銷計劃和推廣活動，協助餐單定價
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained as per required standards.
  確保餐廳符合公司的衛生和清潔標準

Requirements 要求 :

• Minimum 4 years of management experience in Food & Beverage operations
  4年或以上餐飲服務及管理經驗
• Good business awareness for achieving successful performance
  具良好的商業意識從而獲得理想的業績
• Strong planning and organizational skills to run a streamlined operation
  具備優秀的計劃及組織能力以管理餐廳的日常營運
• Strong in leadership and problem-solving skills
  具領導才能及應變能力
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  良好的英語、粵語和普通話讀寫能力
