Assistant Restaurant Manager - Above & Beyond

Are you ready to stand out among the next-generation of hospitality leaders? We are looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager - Above & Beyond at Food & Beverage Department:

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor, supervise and execute the restaurant operations
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by food and beverage sections
• Menu design and suggest suitable beverage pairing
• Prepare and serve of food and beverage at assigned Hotel’s outlets and events held within or outside of the Hotel
• Attend to guest complaints, inquires and requests
• Observe and monitor staff individual performance, grooming and punctuality.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage Operations, preferably in upscale Chinese establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level
• Higher Diploma in related discipline
• Working knowledge of PC software programs (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
• Excellent presentation, counseling and presentation skills
• Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Putonghua
• Knowledable in wine pairing is preferrable
