Bartender & Club Lounge Officer

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard preferably pitched at deluxe level
• Higher Diploma in related discipline
• Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the lounge’s operation
• Implementation of F&B strategies with products and services that meet the Club Lounge’s and the Hotel’s target customer needs, service strategy and initiatives.
• Ensure that the preparation and quality of food, beverage and service provided are consistently maintained
