Guest Floor Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the cleanliness & maintenance of all guest areas to ensure a clean environment 
• Ensure the guest services and cleanliness of guestrooms are up to the hotel’s standard
• Supervise and coach team of Room Attendants on daily duties to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of Housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a similar position (experience in a 5-star hotel / international hotel chain is preferred)
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and a basic level of English
• Formal vocational training in hotel operations is a plus
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Floor Supervisor
