Guest Relations Officer

We are looking for a motivated Guest Relations Officer 19K-23K 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations and arrange tables
• Greet and show guests the table; introduce restaurant and our cuisine
• Take care of enquiries and response to guests in a professional manner
• Service scopes include monitoring and implement the daily operations of front desk

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in fine dining restaurant is an advantage
• Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours
• Well-presented and presents a positive, friendly image
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English including Cantonese and Mandarin
