We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager 25K-26K
Responsibilities:
- Assist a smooth operation.
- Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and food handling practices to deliver optimal quality of PRODUCT to guests.
- Monitor all aspects of daily operations of the restaurant and control it provide exceptional dining experience to customers.
- Aim at offering exceptional dining experience to customers, staff training plans to be developed and to conduct on-the-job training, product training up-selling training to the employees at all levels.
- Provide friendly and quality service in our restaurant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of management experience in fine dining restaurant,
- Well-presented and presents a positive, friendly image
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities,
- Cheerful personality and able to work as a team.
- Must good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese including English and Mandarin
