We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager 25K-26K 

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist a smooth operation.
  2. Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and food handling practices to deliver optimal quality of PRODUCT to guests.
  3. Monitor all aspects of daily operations of the restaurant and control it provide exceptional dining experience to customers.
  4. Aim at offering exceptional dining experience to customers, staff training plans to be developed and to conduct on-the-job training, product training up-selling training to the employees at all levels.
  5. Provide friendly and quality service in our restaurant.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2-4 years of management experience in fine dining restaurant,
  2. Well-presented and presents a positive, friendly image
  3. Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities,
  4. Cheerful personality and able to work as a team.
  5. Must good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese including English and Mandarin
