Retail Distribution – Branch Network

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 255 branches and service outlets, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our branch network as Wealth Business Solutions and RM Performance Management Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to implement wealth sales strategies that address client total wealth needs, while also tracking wealth business trends and sales activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and prepare performance analysis to senior management and utilize data analysts to drive decision-making and improve sales outcomes.
• Evaluate current business processes and pinpoint opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
• Work with various stakeholders to gather qualitative feedback on RMs to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and connectivity.
• Design broad-based recognition programs to strengthen business excellence and drive staff engagement.
• Assist in structuring a performance management framework for the branch network that allows RM to reach their full potential in wealth solutions, client interaction and wealth penetration.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination, IIQE and fulfil the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined by the Regulators
• Proven sales management and planning experience in wealth products
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong self-motivation and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in both English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
• Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
