Officer, Finance - Finance Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch operations, including payment processing and treasury functions
• Review daily branch journals and address amendments and operational queries
• Prepare bank reconciliations for both branch and head office accounts
• Manage the opening and maintenance of bank accounts, including authorized signatories
• Compile KYC and due diligence documentation for banks and lenders
• Prepare general and payment vouchers in accordance with accounting procedures
• Issue cheques, telegraphic transfers (T/T), and other online settlements for invoice payments
• Prepare account breakdowns and monthly management reports

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business or any related disciplines
• Over 3 years’ solid working experience gained in financial institution or within a scalable company
• Willing to learn and adapt to the developments in banking and online technologies
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and independent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English and spoken Chinese in both written and oral
