Associate Vice President , Product Management

Job Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize the system roadmap, with a focus on minimum viable products (MVPs) for key lending modules (e.g., resolving loan, personal loan and monthly sales report etc).
Work closely with the team in project management, new business or technology enhancement, or IT systems and solutions for business
Guide technical developers to provide a business solution and QA to formulate Test Plans and coordinate User Acceptance Test
Consolidate business requirements from different BUs in both functional and non-functional perspective
Communicate and coordinate between business users and development teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Document and analyse business requirements
Ensure and keep track on each deliverable
Perform any additional ad-hoc project duties
Participate in business process and technology initiatives to improve business performance

Job Requirements:

Degree holders or above major in Information System or Computer Science or related discipline preferable
Minimum 8 years solid experience in project management, business analysis or business operation in either finance & banking, insurance or other financial sector related fields
Logical thinker, results-oriented and with excellent project management, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in a similar role as Product Manager or in a commercial capacity is highly regarded.
Solid experience for web applications and related projects
Solid experience in managing and liaison with business users, IT people or software vendors
Solid knowledge in Agile methodology, experience of working in Scrum teams is a plus
Proficient in high-level presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Immediate available or short notice period is highly desirable
