Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support the new employment procedures for new employees, including orientation and onboarding formalities
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing internal employee activities, including birthday parties, recognition programs, team-building activities and wellness programs
  • Assist in coordinating CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities
  • Prepare team member newsletters
  • Assist the L&D Team in organizing training sessions, employee development programs, hotel tour or hotel visit

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in HR role, with exposure in hotel industry is highly preferable
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong communication in Cantonese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
