Responsibilities

The Catering & Event Sales Coordinator supports the team in managing catering events and ensuring smooth operations. This role involves coordinating event logistics, handling client enquiries, preparing documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma holder in Hotel Management or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 1 - 2 year relevant experience; Experience in engaging sales accounts is a plus.
• Overseas job exposure is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, result-orientated, self-driven for business revenue and customer focus;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Internship experience in catering and events is an advantage.

*Frontline experience in hospitality or customer service is welcomed.
