What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests and assist them throughout their stay.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Address guest needs, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism.
- Perform nightl reports and ensure the safety of the property during overnight hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- University graduated in hospitality or hotel managment preferred.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
