Assistant Guest Services Supervisor/Senior/Guest Services Officer - HC

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
• Customer service experience preferably in Front Office
• Proficient in Opera system, Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Guest Services Supervisor position
