Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • To assist the Executive Assistant Manager in directing and supervising the acitivies of the Front Office Operation and Administration;
  • To ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all sections in the Front Office;
  • To enforce training and coaching to all Front Office associates in accordance to the hotel's policy and procedures;
  • To handle guest complaints as needed;
  • To perform any other resonable duites as assigned by the Management

 

Requirements

  • Degree in hospitality management with minimum 5 years hotel operations experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level in Front Desk or Guest Services areas;
  • Friendly and guest oriented endorsed with neat and well groomed appearance;
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skill and can work independently under pressure;
  • Knowledge of Opera system preferably
