Responsibilities

  • Manage daily room assignment processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and strategic allocation of rooms
  • Monitor room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status updates and prioritize cleaning
  • Collaborate with Front Desk, Reservations, Sales, and Revenue Management to support special requests, early arrivals, extended stays, and group allocations
  • Identify opportunities to maximize room revenue through effective room-type controls and optimization
  • Ensure VIP, elite loyalty members, and special‑occasion guests receive appropriate room types and upgrades
  • Prepare reports on room status, inventory, and forecasting as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Housekeeping operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with PMS (Opera/Hyatt systems preferred) is an advantage
