Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team as Cleaners. In this role, you will be responsible for washing dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting overall hygiene standards across the restaurant. Candidates must be willing to be assigned to our shops on Wyndham Street, Central or Elgin Street, Soho, as operational needs require. The ideal candidate is diligent, dependable, and takes pride in keeping all areas clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing, and storage of kitchenware
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, and waste stations
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining restaurant dining areas and toilet facilities
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold hygiene and safety standards
• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or cleaner is an advantage but not required
• Strong work ethic, attention to cleanliness, and reliability
• Team player with good communication and time management skills
