This incumbent will be responsible for guest checking-in/out procedures in a professional manner, to provide courteous service and handle guests’ enquiries
To coordinate with housekeeping, engineering team to ensure the highest standard of customer service is extended to all hotel guest
Provide accurate and updated reservations records
Record and process reservations made by different booking channels
Job requirements:
Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in hotel industry
Passionate in hospitality industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operations Officer
