Senior Operations Officer / Operations Officer (Front Office)

Responsibilities:

  • This incumbent will be responsible for guest checking-in/out procedures in a professional manner, to provide courteous service and handle guests’ enquiries
  • To coordinate with housekeeping, engineering team to ensure the highest standard of customer service is extended to all hotel guest
  • Provide accurate and updated reservations records
  • Record and process reservations made by different booking channels

 

Job requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in hotel industry
  • Passionate in hospitality industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operations Officer
