Temporary Admin Assistant/Site Clerk (1-year renewable Contract) - Lai Chi Kok

Responsibilities

  • Provide full secretarial/clerical and administrative support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the operations.
  • Maintain document control processes for the efficient management.
  • Maintain a proper Document Management System for recording, distribution and tracking of all documents.
  • Keep stock of stationary supplies for the department.
  • Maintain and follow up the attendance record of site labor.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignment/ tasks as required.

 

Requirements
 

  • High Diploma or above or equivalent.
  • Min 1 year clerical or relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese.
  • Responsible, hardworking & well-organized.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
  •  No site work experience will also be considered
