Provide high quality of customer service and handle customers’ inquiry in branch network
Identify customer needs and provide banking services and solutions in order to achieve business targets
Assist Personal Banking Managers in the daily maintenance of customer relationships
Promote product campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty
Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed
Requirements:
University degree / Associate degree holders, and fresh graduates; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with at least one year of working experience, preferably sales & marketing experience in banking industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE will be an advantage
Sales and service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
