Compliance & Quality Assurance Officer – Agency Contractor

Responsibilities:
 

• Implement risk-based post-transaction checking for Investment and Insurance (I&I) products

• Perform call monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance

• Conduct CDD and trigger event review

• Undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
 

• Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking industry

• Demonstrate strong sense of risk and control

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
