What you will be doing:
Manage and coach a team of Personal Financial Consultant and Premier Relationship Managers
Formulate business strategies to meet the Team Key Performance Indicators
Identify sales opportunities to acquire new Premier customers, grow deposits, investment revenues, insurance revenues and related financial KPI
Lead the Team to provide quality customer service and customer enquiries handling
Ensure adherence to credit, operational, account opening, and sales activities are in compliance with regulatory and control requirements of the Bank at all times
Have strong sales discipline and provide support to the BM in business growth
What we are looking for:
Min 10 years of banking experience, of which 2 years in supervisory role, in selling various retail banking products particularly in investment and insurance products.
Preferably university degree graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
Pass HKSI and IIQE Licensing requirements
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Good PC skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales drive
Good data analysis skills
Ability to work under pressure and with strategic mind set
Possess qualifications of ECF-RWM would be an advantage
