Wine Captain / Wine Waiter / Waitress

Responsibilities

• Providing quality wine and beverage service to guests
• Advice on wine and food pairings for guest
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Monitor and replenish inventory of equipment
• Ensure daily operations of department are efficient and smooth

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in hotel or upscale bar
• Good beverage and wine knowledge
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene compliance
• Strong inter-personal and presentation skills
• Good spoken in English & Mandarin is preferred
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Wine Waiter / Waitress
