Responsibilities

• Handle Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and assist guests with new reservations, changes, and cancellations promptly and professionally.
• Manage Reservation Details: Accurately input and update all booking information and customer contact details in the reservation system.
• Ensure Service Excellence: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to all guests, following company standards and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain Accuracy & Compliance: Verify reservation data, adhere to policies, and ensure consistency in all transactions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline;
• Minimum 1-2 year experience in hotel industry, experience in hotel reservations will be an advantage; Fresh Graduate will also considered;
• Knowledge in PMS system: Shiji;
• Willing to work on shifts / rotation in daytime with customer oriented mindset;
• Mature, detail-minded & independent; &
• Fluent command in English & Cantonese.
