Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies and employment bodies to source top candidates.
- Conduct reference checks, probation reviews, and performance assessments.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Payroll & Compensation Management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Provide salary benchmarking insights based on market trends.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure all HR policies & procedures comply with local labor regulations.
- Ensure data management.
- Maintain employee records and monitor headcount requirements.
Employee Engagement & Organizational Development
- Organize and coordinate company events, including annual gatherings and employee functions.
- Support learning & development initiatives, ensuring employees receive relevant training.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Undergraduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines are also welcome
- 3 months contract
- Knowledge of HK Labor laws and Ordinances in maintaining organizational compliance with statutory regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Teamwork abilities, supporting collaboration within HR and across departments.
- Fluent English and Chinese (Putonghua) – written and spoken; other languages would be an asset.
