The Repulse Bay is seeking for Senior Cook (Cold/ Hot Kitchen) to support the daily operation of The Verandah, a Western Cuisine restaurant.

Key Accountabilities 主要職責

• Ensure high standard and quality of the dish. Check the food quality and temperature before serving.
  製備食物時確保高標準和高質量。在上菜前檢查食物的品質和溫度。
• Strictly follow standard recipes.
  嚴格按照每道菜式食譜標準。
• Ensure high level of hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen. Stictly follow all hygiene standard of the company.
  確保廚房的清潔衛生。嚴格遵守公司所有的衛生要求。

General requirements 職位要求

• Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes.
  持有VTC或其他專上院校頒授的飲食業文憑。
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
  具酒店相關工作經驗。
• Elementary level of English is preferable.
• 略懂英語為佳。
