Senior Guest Services Manager / Guest Services Manager (5-day work week)

Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Hotel Industry of which at least 2 years' experience in supervisory level
Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
Knowledge of using Fidelio Opera is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Outgoing and customer-oriented
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate availability is high preferred
