Senior Operational Risk Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist to ensure the Company’s Operational Risk (“OR”) Framework is duly implemented
• Assist business units in conducting Key Control Self-Assessments (“KCSAs”) and Key Risk Indicator (“KRIs”), and ensure that operational risk level of the Company is properly identified, measured and assessed
• Review operational risk incident reports and liaise with relevant parties to ensure mitigation actions are in place
• Handle complaints and liaise with relevant departments to identify the root cause / control loopholes and make recommendations to enhance control and risk mitigation measures
• Assist to coordinate the Operational Risk Committee (“ORC”) meeting on a monthly basis including agenda and minutes preparation
• Prepare monthly OR reports and update OR related policy and procedures
• Support ad hoc initiatives, thematic review and procedures review

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Risk Management / Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience of operational risk management / internal audit in financial Institution, preferably in consumer banking / consumer finance industry
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operational Risk Officer
• Fresh graduates would also be considered
