Job Responsibilities 工作職責:

  • Maintain smooth running and effectiveness of banquet operations;
    確保宴會有效地運作及順利進行;
  • Direct and supervise banquet captains and waiters;
    指導和監督宴會部部長及侍應生;
  • Set up and organize function rooms for events and meetings;
    設置和整理宴會廳,供活動或會議之用;
  • Provide quality service to guests and respond promptly to guests’ enquiries, requests and complaints;
    為客人提供優質的服務,並迅速回應客人的查詢,要求及投訴;
  • Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and align with the IHG services standard and its standard of both personal and food hygiene and appearance.
    確保所有工作安全地進行,並符合IHG服務標準及其個人和食品衛生與外觀標準。

Job Requirements 職位要求:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience;
    具至少5年相關工作經驗;
  • Fluent in Cantonese and good command in spoken English and Putonghua;
    操流利粵語、良好英語及普通話;
  • Courteous, professional and guest-oriented;
    有禮貌、專業及以客為先;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Captain.
    相關經驗較少者,將考慮為部長。
