- Participate in all-round C&B functions and assist in ad-hoc projects
- Assist the team to perform all aspects of HR analysis, regular reports and specialized presentations on HR related topics for management review
- Provide support and advice on HR policies, processes and best practice
- Determine suitable evaluation tools which are most effective in enhancing performance and efficiency
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Statistics or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Quick learner in HRIS, payroll, staff management software and related analytical tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Self-motivated, flexible, organized with good communication skill
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Compensation and Benefits.
