Officer, Training & Development (12-months contract)

Duties

  • Provide training administrative support such as course enrollment management, assistance in organizing seminars and events
  • Responsible for the maintenance of eLearning courses and related processes
  • Maintain training database in an effective & systematic manner
  • Handle education support schemes’ applications
  • Liaise and coordinate with external training institutes if required
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business / IT or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Working experience in sizeable organizations is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • With knowledge in multi-media softwares (e.g. iSpring, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.) is preferred but not essential
  • Good command of both English and Chinese with ability to communicate in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Immediately available is preferred
