Technician 技工 - 走盤 (5.5-Day Work Week 每週工作5.5天)

工作職責Job Responsibilities
 

• 每星期工作5.5天，每天工作九小時。5.5-days work week, 9 hours per day.

• 工作時間: 09:00-18:00 (固定班)。Working hours: 09:00-18:00 (Fixed working hour).

• 負責大廈各項機電系統及設施的保養維修工作。Responsible for maintenance and repair works of E&M systems and facilities of the building. 

• 定期檢查各項機電系統和設施。Perform regular inspections on E&M systems and facilities.

• 進行預防性及緊急故障維修工作。Carry out preventive and emergency breakdown works.

• 工作地點: 旺角商場及港島南區住宅。Working location: Mongkok & Southern district.

工作要求Job Requirements
 

• 3年或以上大廈保養及維修工作經驗。Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience on buildings' repair and maintenance.

• 須持有效電工”A”牌或以上。Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A or above. 

• 操流利粵語，懂簡單中文書寫。Good command of both spoken and written Chinese.

• 懂電腦文書操作。Knowledge in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
