Assistant Manager, Life Insurance (Compliance & Business Development)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict compliance with all legislation and guidelines pertaining to products and providers, and establish robust controls and procedures.
• Assist in facilitating internal and regulatory audits on submission of data or inquiries regarding matters related to products or providers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate the logistics and workflow to enhance sales efficiency.
• Assist the department to implement sales and marketing programs such as marketing promotions, seminars, sales incentives etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in insurance, banking and finance,
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bancassurance / life insurance broker/IFA,
• Pass in Paper I, III and V under Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) is preferred,
• With product and compliance knowledge in bancassurance,
• Organized, responsible with good interpersonal skills,
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
