Assistant Club Lounge Manager

Job Summary

  • Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the Elite members on a daily basis.
  • Ensure personalized, attentive service for Club Lounge Elite members & guests
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage lounge schedules, staffing, and shift coverage
  • Monitor food and beverage presentation, cleanliness, and inventory levels
  • Supervise and motivate lounge staff to uphold brand standards.
  • Assist in implementing benefits delivery to Marriott Bonvoy members at hotel.
  • Assist in conducting regular loyalty duties and ensure that all new initiatives, changes and enhancements are implemented and associates are aware to deliver the Brand Standards both in English and Chinese as required.

Job Requirements

  • Higher diploma or Associate Degree, preferably with a Bachelor in hospitality or catering management.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential. Other language is a plus.
  • Previous experience in supervisory level - customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software. Opera knowledge is a plus.
